Mental Health Treatment & Collaborative Care

We provide comprehensive mental health care through both in-person and Telehealth services, following each patient’s initial in-person intake appointment. Our team evaluates and treats a wide range of mental health conditions- including ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, OCD, Binge Eating Disorder, and many other psychiatric concerns.

Our approach is rooted in collaboration between the patient and provider, working together to create a treatment plan that aligns with each individual’s goals, preferences, and needs. We offer personalized medication management and supportive therapy focused on helping patients feel understood, supported, and empowered in their care.

For patients who may benefit from more specialized services or intensive therapy, we provide referrals to trusted clinics and therapists and can coordinate care as desired to ensure continuity and support across all aspects of treatment.

Who We Treat

We provide care for individuals ages 4 and older — supporting children, adolescents, adults, and older adults with compassion, respect, and a tailored approach for every stage of life.

Our Approach to Care

At Skye Horizon, our approach centers on truly understanding each patient.

We provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic clarity, and personalized medication management- all developed collaboratively with the patient to ensure treatment aligns with their goals, comfort level, and overall needs.
